This is the workflow I used to produce and promote an episode of my podcast ‘Two Brothers Talkin’’.

Every time I produce one I aim to create 4 assets.

1. Complete podcast episode (audio)
2. A unique title card
3. A video trailer (w/subtitles) for YouTube and LinkedIn
4. A post for sharing on social media advertising the episode
